Komponent (singleton) wyświetla szybkie okno z jednym lub wieloletnim wejściem.

Konfiguracja:

zindex {Number} opcjonalny (default: 12)
width {Number} opcjonalny, maks. szerokość (default: 400)
cancel {String} opcjonalny, etykieta przycisku odwołania (default: Cancel)
submit {String} opcjonalny, etykieta dla przycisku składania (default: OK)
