Komponent (singleton) wyświetla szybkie okno z jednym lub wieloletnim wejściem.


__Konfiguracja__:

- `zindex {Number}` opcjonalny (default: `12`)
- `width {Number}` opcjonalny, maks. szerokość (default: `400`)
- `cancel {String}` opcjonalny, etykieta przycisku odwołania (default: `Cancel`)
- `submit {String}` opcjonalny, etykieta dla przycisku składania (default: `OK`)
