De component (singleton) toont een snel venster met een enkele of multilijninvoer.

Configuratie:

zindex {Number} optioneel (default: 12)
width {Number} optioneel, max. breedte (default: 400)
cancel {String} optioneel, etiket voor de annuleringsknop (default: Cancel)
submit {String} optioneel, etiket voor de submit knop (default: OK)
