De component (singleton) toont een snel venster met een enkele of multilijninvoer.


__Configuratie__:

- `zindex {Number}` optioneel (default: `12`)
- `width {Number}` optioneel, max. breedte (default: `400`)
- `cancel {String}` optioneel, etiket voor de annuleringsknop (default: `Cancel`)
- `submit {String}` optioneel, etiket voor de submit knop (default: `OK`)
