__Konfigurácia__:

- `date` {String} formát dátumu (predvolený `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- `timeout` {číslo} musí obsahovať časový limit (milisekundy) na uplynutie platnosti upozornenia (predvolené: `8000`)
- `native` {Boolean} povoľuje natívne upozornenia, keď okno nie je zamerané (predvolené: `false`)

__Metódy__
- `component.append(icon, message, [datetime], [callback], [color])` na vytvorenie nového oznámenia

Použite ho so `<ui-component name="notifications">`. Keď komponent ešte nie je načítaný, jComponent ho stiahne pri prvom použití z adresy v `DEF.fallback` (predvolene CDN Componentator). Autor: Peter Širka. Zdroj: úložisko komponentov Componentator, licencia MIT.
