__Configurarea__:

- `date` {String} un format de date (default `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- `timeout` {Numărul} trebuie să conțină un timout (milisecunde) pentru expirarea notificării (default: `8000`)
- `native` {Boolean} permite notificările native atunci când nu este focalizată fereastra (default: `false`)

__Metode__
- `component.append(icon, message, [datetime], [callback], [color])` pentru a crea o nouă notificare

Utilizați-l cu `<ui-component name="notifications">`Când componenta nu este încă încărcată, jComponent Descărcați-l la prima utilizare de la adresa `DEF.fallback` (în cazul Componentator Autor: Peter Širka. sursă: Componentator Componente de stocare, MIT licență.
