O componente (singleton) exibe uma janela imediata com entrada de linha única ou multilina.


__Configuração__:

- `zindex {Number}` opcional (default: `12`)
- `width {Number}` opcional, largura máxima (default: `400`)
- `cancel {String}` opcional, etiqueta para o botão de cancelamento (default: `Cancel`)
- `submit {String}` opcional, etiqueta para o botão de envio (default: `OK`)
