Zwyczajny PIN maker.


__Konfiguracja__:

- `count {Number}` liczba wpisów PIN (default: `6`)
- `required {Boolean}` umożliwia „potrzebne” (default: `false`)
- `disabled {Boolean}` może usunąć tę kontrolę
- `hide` {Boolean} nie pozwala na wyświetlanie liczb (default: `false`)
- `mask {Boolean}` wyłącza maskę (default: `true`)
- __NEW__ `exec {String}` droga do `function(pin)`
- __NEW__ `allowpaste {Boolean}` umożliwia pasowanie pinów (default: `true`)
