__Configuratie__:

- `date` {String} een datumformaat (default `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- `timeout` {Nummer} moet een tijduitgang (milliseconden) bevatten voor het verstrijken van de kennisgeving (default: `8000`)
- `native` {Boolean} maakt inheemse meldingen mogelijk wanneer het venster niet is gericht (default: `false`)

__Methoden__
- `component.append(icon, message, [datetime], [callback], [color])` voor het creëren van een nieuwe kennisgeving

Gebruik het met `<ui-component name="notifications">`Wanneer de component nog niet is geladen, jComponent Download het op eerste gebruik van het adres in `DEF.fallback` (De Componentator Schrijver: Peter Širka. bron: de Componentator Componenten repository, MIT licentie.
