__Configuration__ :

- `date` {String} un format de date (defaut `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- `timeout` {Numéro} doit contenir un délai (millisecondes) pour l'expiration de la notification (défaut: `8000`)
- `native` {Boolean} permet des notifications d'origine lorsque la fenêtre n'est pas focalisée (defaut: `false`)

__Méthodes__
- `component.append(icon, message, [datetime], [callback], [color])` pour créer une nouvelle notification

Utilisez-le avec `<ui-component name="notifications">`. Lorsque le composant n'est pas encore chargé, jComponent le télécharge lors de la première utilisation depuis l'adresse dans `DEF.fallback` (le CDN Componentator par défaut). Auteur : Peter Širka.
