El componente (singleton) muestra una ventana de aviso con entrada de una o varias líneas.


__Configuración__:

- `zindex {Number}` opcional (predeterminado: `12`)
- `width {Number}` opcional, máx. ancho (predeterminado: `400`)
- `cancel {String}` opcional, etiqueta para el botón cancelar (predeterminado: `Cancel`)
- `submit {String}` opcional, etiqueta para el botón de envío (predeterminado: `OK`)
