__Attributes__:

- `max` {Number} maximum value (default: `100`)
- `min` {Number} minimum value (default: `0`)
- `step` {Number} step size (default: `1`)
- `required` {Boolean} optional, enables "required" (default: `false`)
- `type` {String} optional, can be `number` and converts the value to number (default: `string`)

Use it with `<ui-component name="range">`. When the component is not loaded yet, jComponent downloads it on first use from the address in `DEF.fallback` (the Componentator CDN by default). Author: Peter Širka. Source: the Componentator components repository, MIT license.
