This component is singleton. The component is visible when the value if more than `0` and less than `100`. Data-binding expects `Number`.


__Configuration__:

- `position {String}` optional, can be `bottom` (default: `top`)

Use it with `<ui-component name="mainprogress">`. When the component is not loaded yet, jComponent downloads it on first use from the address in `DEF.fallback` (the Componentator CDN by default). Author: Peter Širka. Source: the Componentator components repository, MIT license.
