__Configuration__:

- `decimals {Number}` a count of decimals (default: `1`)
- `format {String}` a format for text (default: `{0}%`)
- `colors {String}` colors in the form `PERCENTAGE #COLOR STROKEWIDTH` (default: `30 #8CC152 25,40 #EDBC5A 25,30 #DB3737 25`)
- `text {Boolean}` enables text (default: `true`)
- `stroke {Number}` a default stroke width (default: `25`)

Use it with `<ui-component name="gauge">`. When the component is not loaded yet, jComponent downloads it on first use from the address in `DEF.fallback` (the Componentator CDN by default). Author: Peter Širka. Source: the Componentator components repository, MIT license.
