__Configuration__:

- `width {Number}` barcode width, height is automatically calculated (default: `200`)
- `padright {Boolean}`if `true`, it fills the value `0` from the right side and `false` from the left side

Use it with `<ui-component name="ean13">`. When the component is not loaded yet, jComponent downloads it on first use from the address in `DEF.fallback` (the Componentator CDN by default). Author: Peter Širka. Source: the Componentator components repository, MIT license.
