__ΕΠΙΤΡΟΦΗ__:

- `date` {String} μια μορφή ημερομηνίας (προεπιλεγμένη `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- Το `timeout` {Αριθμός} πρέπει να περιέχει ένα χρονοδιάγραμμα (milliseconds) για την ημερομηνία λήξης της κοινοποίησης (προεπιλεγμένο: `8000`)
