__Konfigurace__:

- `date` {String} datum formát (předvolený `yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm`)
- `timeout` {Číslo} musí obsahovat časový výstup (milisekundy) pro uplynutí doby oznámení (předvolené: `8000`)
- `native` {Boolean} umožňuje původní oznámení, když není zaměřeno okno (podmínkou: `false`)

__Metody__
- `component.append(icon, message, [datetime], [callback], [color])` pro vytvoření nové oznámení
